1. Operator
During Beta, the Platform is operated by Luca Rederer, Stuttgart, Germany. Contact: privacy@millesimeapp.com
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Millésime. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of your tasting notes and content. By posting, you grant Millésime a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, aggregate, and use your content to operate and promote the Platform.
4. Credits
Millésime Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are an in-app feature only.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction: Stuttgart.
